QHow do I claim my business listing?

Search for your business on TAP the CITY and click the "Claim" button. You'll need to verify ownership by providing business documentation. Once approved, you can manage your listing, add photos, events, and promos.

QHow do I add events and promotions?

After claiming your listing, go to your dashboard and navigate to "Events & Promos". From there you can create new events, special offers, and manage existing ones.

QCan I update my business information?

Yes! Log into your dashboard, go to "My Listings", select the listing you want to edit, and update any information including hours, contact details, and photos.

Reviews & Ratings

QHow do I respond to reviews?

Business owners can respond to reviews from their dashboard. Go to "My Listings" → Select listing → Reviews. Click "Reply" on any review to respond publicly.

QWhat if someone leaves an unfair review?

You can flag inappropriate reviews for our moderation team. We review all flagged content and may remove reviews that violate our community guidelines.

QCan I get reviews removed?

Reviews can only be removed if they violate our terms of service. If you believe a review is fraudulent or violates our guidelines, flag it for review.

Billing & Subscriptions

QHow do I upgrade to a paid plan?

Visit the Pricing page or go to Dashboard → Billing → Upgrade. Choose a plan that fits your needs and complete the checkout process.

QCan I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

QHow does ad billing work?

We offer CPC (cost per click) and CPM (cost per 1,000 impressions) billing. You can set a budget limit to control spending. Top up your ad wallet anytime.

Account & Profile

QHow do I change my password?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security. You can update your password there.

QHow do I update my email preferences?

Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Notifications to manage your email preferences.

QCan I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion from Dashboard → Settings. Note that this action is irreversible.

Technical Support

QWhy isn't my listing showing in search?

Listings go through a review process before going live. If your listing is still pending approval, check your dashboard for status updates.

QHow do I upload photos?

Go to your listing in the dashboard and click "Add Photos". You can upload multiple images at once. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP.

QThe website isn't loading properly

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. If the issue persists, contact our support team with details about the problem.
