You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or claim a business listing. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

Our platform allows users to submit reviews and ratings for businesses. When you submit a review, you agree to:
Business owners have a 72-hour window to respond to reviews before they become fully visible. During this period, business owners can reach out to resolve concerns. We encourage open communication between businesses and customers.
Paid subscribers receive Reputation Shield credits that can be used to request removal of reviews that cannot be resolved through direct communication. Shield credits are subject to our removal policy and are final.
Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. You agree to keep your business information current and accurate.
To claim a business listing, you must verify your ownership or affiliation with the business. We reserve the right to request documentation proving your authority to manage a listing.

Our platform offers subscription plans with varying features and credit allocations. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Reputation Shield credits and advertising purchases are also non-refundable once purchased.
Business owners can purchase advertising to promote their listings. Advertisers agree to:

The TAP the CITY platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our prior written consent.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TAP the CITY and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TAP the CITY operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
